A company is looking for a Client Support Consultant 1-
Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of payment
solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct program management for client implementations, focusing on
project status and risk management
Serve as the escalation point for operational issues and implement
corrective actions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, or HS/GED and 7 years
of experience
Experience in delivering projects and process initiatives on time
and within budget
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or
Marketing
5 years of experience in a client delivery or implementation
role
Must be 18 years of age or older
