Key Responsibilities
Develop a curriculum aligned with the organization's strategic

Design interactive training modules covering communications,
organizing basics, and tactical skills
Collaborate with staff to incorporate feedback and finalize the
curriculum
Required Qualifications
Experience in curriculum development and training design

fields
Ability to source and collaborate with subject matter experts
