Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist
responsible for coordinating regulatory and accreditation programs
in health services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery
and services
Ensure compliance of quality improvement programs with
accreditation and regulatory standards
Develop and implement targeted activities to improve performance
measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master's Degree in a
related health field preferred
Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in
Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care
environment
Three to five years of managed care experience in a health care
setting
Experience in compliance, accreditation, and quality improvement
projects
