Role Summary
As a Wound Care Registered Nurse at Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individualized care needs

• Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote wound healing and overall patient well-being
  
• Provide patient and family education on wound care, treatment plans, and preventative measures
  
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care techniques and best practices
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the hospital's mission and goals

  • Current RN licensure in the state
    
  • Graduate of an accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure in the state
    
  • At least 2 years of current experience in wound care or a related specialty
    
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
    
  • Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) certification preferred
