Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales activities from lead generation through to sales
closure, managing both specified and unspecified projects.
- Identify and build relationships with top architectural firms,
flooring contractors, and commercial interior designers within your
territory.
- Track commercial projects from specification through
completion, utilizing advanced spec software to maintain a strong
pipeline.
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage client interactions and
update project information.
- Lead product initiatives and promotions aimed at increasing
sales and gaining market share, while providing accurate monthly
sales forecasts.
- Gather competitive intelligence to identify market
opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and possess proven
sales experience.
- At least two years of experience in commercial flooring sales,
with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business,
or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
- Six figure base salary
- Uncapped commission
