The position is in-person at the Dallas office.
The work activities include:

• Conducting risk assessments on applicants that may receive ARPA funding from the County, including recommending whether applicants are beneficiaries or subrecipients
• Supporting the development of subrecipient monitoring SOPs and tools
• Conducting subrecipient monitoring utilizing SOPs and tools
• Providing technical assistance on CLFRF management and compliance directly to subrecipients
• Documenting CLFRF compliance requirements for the County's CLFRF-funded projectsRequirements:
  Ideal candidates will have the following skills and work experience:
  • Experience managing federal funds outside of FEMA PA
  • Detailed knowledge and familiarity with of 2 CFR Part 200
  • Experience with subrecipient monitoring associated with federal awards
  • Experience and familiarity working the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF) program and ARPA, including specific knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have 3 or more years experience in the Disaster Recovery Specialist position
  • Must have 2 or more years experience in Public Assistance portal experience from the subrecipient side, federal side is a plusEducation:
    • Bachelor's of Science, Art or Business degree or similar is required
