Job Description:
A company is looking for an Arbitrations Analyst in the Intake
Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends
and improve operational performance
Propose and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency
and streamline processes
Assist in project management related to arbitrations and
collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, or a related
field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in large-scale data auditing,
preferably in the legal field
Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Sigma
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution conventions and
processes
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
