Job Description:
A company is looking for an Impound Coordinator to manage asset
recovery operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with field agents and impound locations to secure
collateral for clients
Maintain customer service and update designated accounts throughout
the recovery process
Utilize proprietary systems to facilitate communication with
impound lots, agents, and clients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Experience in collections, asset recovery, or collateral
repossession is beneficial
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in high-priority
situations
Familiarity with Google Suite and proficiency in computer usage
