Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Learning Facilitator to
deliver high-quality professional learning sessions to educators
and district leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual and occasional in-person professional learning
sessions for educators and district teams
Deliver engaging sessions aligned with best practices in adult
learning and Kiddom's mission
Collaborate with the Professional Learning team to refine session
delivery based on participant feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in education, professional learning
facilitation, or instructional design
Proven ability to deliver interactive sessions for adult
learners
Knowledge of instructional practices and edtech tools
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's degree
preferred)
Comfort with webinar platforms and learning management systems
