Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team, focusing on delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural requirements and practical implementation.

In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our cloud-native transformation, designing and implementing full-stack applications, APIs, and containerized services while leveraging AWS technologies. You'll play a crucial role in developing reusable software components and building platforms that will serve as the foundation for our enterprise applications. Duties and Responsibilities

---Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using cloud-native technologies and event-driven microservices
---Implement and maintain reusable software components and frameworks for enterprise-wide use
---Design and develop scalable solutions using AWS services and container technologies
---Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture decision records and system diagrams
---Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical specifications
---Troubleshoot and optimize code to ensure high availability and performance
---Ensure all solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements
---Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams


Required Experience/Skills

---10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering high-impact software products
---3+ years of experience as an Application or Solutions Architect delivering enterprise solutions
---Proven expertise in hands-on coding with Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
---Experience with microservices architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
---Strong background in AWS services including EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
---Understanding of InfoSec and DevSecOps principles
---Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


Nice-to-Haves

---AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or Developer)
---Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
---Knowledge of multiple programming languages
---Background in automotive or manufacturing industry
---Experience with agile methodologies and lean principles


Pay & Benefits Summary
