Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to provide
customer service support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding
benefits, eligibility, and claims
Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist
with provider interactions
Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up to ensure
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Preferably 1 year of experience in an office or call center
setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer
needs
Proficiency in navigating healthcare-related processes and conflict
management
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and complete required training
successfully
