Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member of Talent, Research & Sourcing
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels,
including job boards and professional networks
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Product,
Design, and Engineering roles
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and
maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking
system
Required Qualifications
Global sourcing experience with the ability to understand different
markets
Experience in the crypto industry, particularly with Product
Managers, Designers, and Engineers
Proven experience in high-volume sourcing in-house or within an
agency
Strong desire to uncover top talent through creative sourcing
strategies
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with
stakeholders
