Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Specialist
responsible for managing patient account processes and
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Patient Statement Process, including handling inbound
calls and researching patient issues
Collect unpaid balances and process credit card payments while
maintaining patient confidentiality
Complete assigned reports and update patient demographic
information as required
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree
preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience required; 2 years of
medical billing experience preferred
Hands-on knowledge of CPT and ICD codes
CPAR - Certified Patient Account Representative preferred
Bilingual preferred
