Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Scrum Master responsible for
managing large projects and facilitating scrum processes within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large initiatives requiring cross-organization coordination
and adherence to project management controls
Facilitate scrum processes and meetings while promoting Agile best
practices across the organization
Develop progress reports and documentation for key stakeholders,
ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related
discipline
Seven to ten years of project management experience with
cross-functional teams
2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development
environment
PMP, CSM, or PMP/ACP certification preferred
Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK and
PRINCE2
