• Provides technical leadership and guidance to the organization.
• Plans, coordinates and manages all the actions of the development team.
• Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed in development and deployment of products.
• Sets attainable goals with team members and maximizes productivity.
• Acts as a liaison between the department and senior leadership.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to team members and helps clear hurdles to increase productivity and maximize performance.
• Sets accurate time estimates for work from the team.
• Works closely with higher leadership, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, Scrum Master, and others to identify tasks and schedules to meet project deadlines.Competencies

  • Able to communicate effectively with team members, customers, peers, and management - written and oral.

  • Ability to assess adherence to standards and proper exceptions.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis role has supervisory responsibilities of a development team.Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 10+ years of development experience with involvement in various phases of the software lifecycle.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Sr./Lead developer developing applications using the Microsoft tech stack (C#.NET, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, MVC).
    • 5+ years of experience developing and consuming SOAP/REST based Web Services.
    • 3+ years of experience developing applications using Database and SQL.
    • 3+ years of experience in Object Oriented Database and Git version control.
    • Experience with Agile Development methodology using Scrum.
    • Experience working in a CI/CD environment and designing pipelines.Preferred Skills
      • Previous experience in Front End Development.
      • Experience with Workday APIs and building integration using Workday Studio.
      • Development experience in Salesforce using APEX, SOQL, Visual Force, Process Builders, Workflows, and custom lighting components.
