A company is looking for a Manager Software Engineering to lead
a remote team of software engineers in enhancing their cloud-based
platform for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for a remote team of
software engineers
Leverage Scrum Master expertise to plan, track, and deliver sprints
effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage larger projects and ensure
successful delivery of critical initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in leading cloud-based software development
teams
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor
developers
Experience leading scrum teams and driving continuous
improvement
Strong time-management skills for leading a distributed team
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport across
teams
