Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Account Manager to develop
and maintain client relationships within the insurance
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop trusted relationships with customers by
understanding their priorities and roadmaps
Track success metrics and review monthly reports with customers,
including performance data and major issues
Act as a conduit between customers and the product team to
communicate feature requests and product gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
Strong understanding of P&C claims process
3+ years of relevant experience in B2B Client Services within the
P&C industry
P&C claims experience
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
