Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of full stack and data engineers while
providing technical strategic direction
Establish standards for quality management and accountability
within the engineering team
Collaborate with Product Managers and senior engineers to advance
product roadmaps and manage project delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
7+ years of experience leading and managing software teams
Proven success in defining and establishing a clear technical
vision aligned with strategic goals
Experience with CI/CD and familiarity with AWS or other Cloud
Infrastructure
