Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to
manage complex storage development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and mentor teams on Agile practices
Plan and oversee storage development projects, defining scope and
managing resources
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, communicating
project status and risks
Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree
preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
Proven experience as a TPM, Scrum Master, or similar role in
storage development
Strong understanding of storage technologies and Agile
methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS
Project)
