Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager, Data
Platform to lead innovation in Data Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard into the role and understand business problems to propose
software architecture designs
Establish processes to improve development efficiency, data
quality, and operational costs
Translate business needs into requirements and provide technical
mentorship to team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field preferred
3 - 5 years of people management experience with data engineers or
analysts
5+ years of experience with enterprise data platforms and data
catalog applications
Proven experience in integrating Data Governance practices for an
enterprise data platform
Preferred experience with Snowflake Data Platform and Alation Data
Catalog
