Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician
Support (Remote US).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a remote team of pharmacy technician support
representatives
Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries and provide
guidance on complex issues
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to maintain service
excellence and compliance with SLAs
Required Qualifications
6+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare,
pharmacy support, or insurance
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a remote
setting
Experience working with CRM systems, help desk software, and
performance tracking tools
Strong analytical skills to handle escalated customer issues
effectively
Ability to lead and mentor a team
