    - Day Shift: 1 charge, 9 RN, 3 CNA
    - Night Shift: 1 charge, 9 RN, 3 CNA
    - Patient Ratios: 1:4, flex to 5
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
        
        Additional Details
        
        Skill Set Most recruited for: 1 Year PCU Experience
        
        Preferred: Ortho and/or Trauma patient Experience
        
        Typical procedures: Polytrauma pts, Non-surgical cervical fxs cleared by spine.
