Job Description Senior Business Operations Manager - F-35 Program Management Office We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team at BAE Systems, where you will play a critical role in driving the success of our national defense programs. As a key member of our innovative and unique problem-solving team, you will lead and direct the enabling capabilities necessary for efficient and effective operations within the F-35 Program Business. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the delivery of business capabilities in Business Management, Finance, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)
  • Provide strategic direction and analysis through monthly operations reviews and ad-hoc reviews as required
    • Develop and implement business management reviews to drive improvement and efficiency across the Flight Solutions Portfolio

As a Senior Business Operations Manager at BAE Systems, you will be part of a talented team that is shaping the future of national defense. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
              • Typically 10+ years progressive experience in Project Management and an Associate's degree, 8+ years progressive experience and a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years with a Master's Degree in Business/Project Management or equivalent additional relevant experience
                • Detailed working knowledge of BAE Systems Inc Project Management processes and procedures - minimum PMI PMP qualified
                  • Knowledge of BAE Systems Inc Life Cycle Management. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
                    • Experience on the F-35 Program in Program Management or related team
                      • Agile project management certification and experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
                        • Risk and opportunity management
                          • Customer stakeholder management
                            • Presentation of business related information in a concise and coherent manner Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
