Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager for Nursing
Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage staffing plans and analyze models, reports, and
strategies related to labor and productivity
Track budget metrics, workforce changes, and collaborate with HR on
hiring plans
Create training materials and provide educational sessions on
workforce management concepts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred
7 years of experience in operations, finance, or administration
within a healthcare organization
Knowledge of nursing budget standards and staffing models
Experience with Kronos and nursing unit benchmarking
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and word
processing software
