to drive and scale business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales leaders to understand market dynamics and
identify growth opportunities
Manage the evaluation framework for premier agent partner
performance and monitor program effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consulting, sales operations, program
management, or analytics
Strong Excel skills; proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a plus
Experience collaborating with sales professionals in operational or
analytical roles
A track record of developing and implementing strategic
solutions
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders
