Job Description:
A company is looking for a FSP Site Budget & Contracts
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and manage all
changes to agreements
Generate site budgets based on approved country budgets and ensure
accurate data for budgeting
Maintain contract tracking database and prepare for internal audits
with complete documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial Higher
Vocational education
Preferred experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or
clinical research
Solid understanding of standard contract language and negotiation
processes
Ability to liaise effectively with legal departments and clinical
trial site personnel
Experience in managing contract databases and ensuring compliance
with internal processes
